Getting started with Builblox
Four minutes separate a fresh account from a first build in Roblox Studio. Here is every step, in order, and what happens at each.
1. Create your account
Sign up with e-mail, Google or Roblox. You land on the home screen, with the "Create a game" workshop, thumbnails, TrackBlox and the other tools in the left column. By joining our Discord, TikTok and Instagram you receive 800 free credits, no subscription needed.
2. Install the Studio plugin
The plugin is on the Roblox Creator Store: click Install and it appears in Roblox Studio's Plugins tab. Open a place — an empty baseplate is enough — then the Builblox widget.
3. Connect Studio to your account
On the site, open your avatar menu then "Download plugin": a pairing code appears. Paste it into the plugin widget. The site shows "Connected" as soon as the plugin answers. Only one Studio at a time receives builds: open two and the first one connected does the work.
4. Write your idea, approve the plan
In "Create a game", describe your game. Builblox answers with a plan in steps: read it, ask for changes if needed, then click Build. Each step is written by the AI then placed in your place by the plugin, and you watch the operations go by.
At the first build, Studio asks to allow the plugin to inject scripts. Accept: without that permission, scripts cannot be written.
5. Test, tweak, publish
Press Play. To change something, write in the same chat: Builblox reads what exists and changes only what is needed. A failed step is undone with Ctrl+Z. When you like the game, publish it from Studio as usual, and generate its thumbnail in the thumbnail studio.
Credits, in short
Credits pay for the AI's work. A small fix costs few, a complete game more, and the chosen model changes the rate. Your plan refills them monthly, extra purchased credits never expire, and your balance is always shown in the workshop.
Frequently asked questions
The plugin will not connect, what should I do?
Check that Studio has Internet access (HttpService allowed for plugins), that the pairing code is recent, and that only one Studio is open. Otherwise the Support page puts you in touch with the team.
Where do created objects go?
Into a Builblox folder in your Workspace, and into the fitting services (ServerScriptService, StarterGui, ReplicatedStorage) for scripts, GUI and remotes.
